I have loaded for the 7-30 Waters in the past . But all the guns I loaded for were Contenders. Now I have started assembling what I need to make a Marlin 336 Sporting Carbine. I am OK with jacketed bullet loads but has anyone loaded cast bullets for this cartridge. Mold wise Lyman makes a 135gr RN mold that should work and Saeco makes a 145gr mold that should do well also. Any comments or help will be appreciated :!:

Lee makes 130 RN that would work fine if you bumped a little flat on the nose while sizing. It's just a little to pointed for me to run through a tube mag as is.

I've since found out LBT makes three bullet weights with flat noses in either GC or PB . Also Mountain Molds is working on some 7mm molds If I ever get the rifle built I should be fine with molds :!: Already know of 5 that sound pretty good
