Buddy of mine's dad ran a gunsmiths shop for years. Recently he was going through some old boxes while packing up some bluing equipment, and found a couple old boxes of .505 Gibbs. I don't have any pictures yet, I'll head over there this weekend and try to get some. Is this a common caliber? I've seen big rounds but these things are ridiculous.
