I have a friend that owns a 'new' 444T that is looking for any info or history on this new acquisition. Guess while I'm at it here, does anyone know where I can find a Monte Carlo type stock for a 444P ?? I saw this in my friends photo of the 444T, straight grip with the high comb for scope shooting. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you go over to the 444 Board and ask there. There's plenty of very knowledgable 444 guys over there. Probably the first thing they are going to suggest is that you look at your gun's serial number and then look in the reference section to determine the date of manufacture.
