Greetings! I am just starting to reload again after a number of years. And to be honest, I wasn't a raging reloader before; I did just enough, according to the book, to put together cartridges for my bolt gun and my T/C Contender. Anyway...
I just bought a Marlin XLR in .338 ME. I have not yet shot it; ammo is on the way. That said, I would like to reload for it. I have read on here in many places that 2520 sounds like a great bet. I look forward to trying that- when I am able to get some. (I live in a small bush village in Alaska; these puchases sometimes have to wait a bit) I have some Accurate 4350 on hand that I use to reload my wife's .280. How would this powder work, if at all, for the .338 ME? I'd love to hear opinions from people who have a lot more reloading experience than I do. (wouldn't take much, BTW)
Thanks in advance for informed opinions.
