Welcome from Alabama... Questions for you... The 336W was chambered in 30-30 and didn't have a Walnut stock... The Model of the rifle should be on the barrel right below the rear sight, as should the caliber...

So the questions. What Model does it say? 1894, 336? Caliber? 30-30, 38/357?

If I blow up the picture around the hammer, it "looks" like a round bolt. So I'm going to guess at a 336RC in either 30-30 or 35 Remington...
