can i safely load a 300 grain boolit in my S&W 629? i am looking at a custom mold that is a 305gr hp/fp cramer style mold. it uses a gas check

right right. i basically want to know what my 629 can handle? ive heard some say the smiths are weak. i basically am trying to find the perfect mold for my 629. i want to know what i can deal with. i understand that i need to safely work up my loads checking for pressure signs etc.

I shoot the Lee 310 truncated cone in both of mine, 4" and 6" with no issues. Use your own discression on your load data.

Should I choose a gc or pb mold
