68 Win 94-.44 mag, like new, $650 shipped

1968 model Winchester 94 in .44 mag. I don’t think this gun has been fired much. I know it has been fired 3 times, because that is how many shots I made to see if I would fall in love with it and kick to the curb my 2 Marlin 1894s in the same caliber. It did not happen. This gun has never been broken in, but fired fine and was accurate at 25 yards. $650 shipped& insured, FFL to FFL. USPS money order preferred, and I ship using USPS. First “I’ll take it” in the body of this thread gets it. Thanks for looking, Joel

Sorry Joel--but I do HATE Winnies--the top eject ones anyway. Good luck with your sale--nice looking rifle!

Here is a bump for your Winchester. Great shape for it's age.

I wish them no ill will. Several have called this house their home. Still do..

I HATE top eject Winnies, but at least you are getting a free bump for a nice looking rifle. BTW--I have never missed my Win 94 Trapper 30-30, sold it to get my 308MX. :tee:

If it was a pre 64 and $100 cheaper I'd think about it.
It's in great shape though.
Somebody will probably buy it real soon.

Does does anyone know the rate of twist on the barrel of this rifle? I may have an interest if it's a quicker twist than a Marlin 1894.

You are on the right track. I do believe the Winchester has a twist of 20-1. So it is a better twist. But I do not know the bore of this particular rifle. But one I messed with years ago did not have a large bore like Marlin.

If I was not tapped out I would make an offer on this Winchester. :)

And if you like you can scope it with a no drill Scout Mount from http://www.mod94scoperail.com/index.html .
