8) Many thanks for the excellent range report, Andrew. Looks like y'all had a lot of fun out there.

This will cetainly affect my choice of guns to get when they become available. I'm partial to bolt actions, and now I'll be leaning strongly toward the .17M2 chambering, to get the best of both worlds. :lol:
I think the .17 Aguila will be more to my liking for Treerat hunting, bu having the M2 capability will be icing on the cake! :D

Big Dawg: Bear in mind that the 17 Aguila is cheaper than the M2,and when fired from an Aguila chamber, slightly more accurate than when fired in an M2 chamber. Also, Aguila has not ruled out making a 17 or 15 grain load in the 2200+ ft/sec class. I have done limited testing on the new (prototype) 20 grain HP round, too: devastating! ~Andrew
