  1. The Marlin XL7/XS7 Boltaction Centerfire Rifles
    I am getting ready to purchase a synthetic stocked XS7 in .308. I want to replace the plastic trigger guard with the metal one from Marlin. Could someone please post a tutorial on how to do this? I know that drilling is required and I dont want to screw my stock up. Thanks.

  3. The Marlin XL7/XS7 Boltaction Centerfire Rifles
    The 700 guard is the right width but about 1/16 inch short. Since the front screw is a wood screw, it would be very easy to make a change with epoxy. Just fill the old hole and front gap, then drill a new pilot hole. Picture will open larger. Bruce
