336Hi all, I have a Skinner Alaskan aperture sight on my 336 ss with the bear buster front sight in white face. The trouble is that with my aging eyes the front sight is a blur and hard to see. Has anyone used the optic fibre front sight and if so what is their experience with it?

It seems like pickings in 3/4" scopes are either $20 Barskas or $400 vintage re-pops. Is there a one-inch version of the old-school Weaver mount, or are my aging eyes doomed to suffer?
