Ok, now feed our curiosity a bit more. Base case? Forming difficulties? Are we talking about a .308 or .311/312 bore? Pressure/velocity data taken from the revolver shown or a closed breech test barrel? This is a Reeder wildcat, correct? What kind of pricing on conversion work? This done on a standard Blackhawk, not a Max frame? Thanks in advance for your info.

Super Blackhawk frame. Base case .357. Bore is .311, take your pick on bullets. You can get 308 unsized at 311. 327/32-20 work great. I believe you supply the base gun it will cost about 1695. Basically all you get back that you sent in is the hammer, trigger and frame. You can keep your grip frame our get one of his proprietary ones and you can choose your grips and front site from brass or fiber optic. You can find out more at Gary's site.

As for testing it was done in a 12" TC. Yes, you can get a TC barrel cheaper if that is what you want. I am just a single action freak.

Thanks for the info Duke! I've been into ".30 calibre" handguns for about 30 years, love the H&R and the .327, so this is kinda up my alley. Just happen to have a spare New Model Blackhawk frame laying around to, so this might be the "bestest" birthday present I've had in a long time! Shoot Contenders quite a bit too, so that sounds like fun as well. You made my day!
