    Sent him a card with a note of congratulations on reaching 100 and a thank you for being a vet. I'm guessing he will get hundreds of cards if not thousands (hopefully)

    Doing a little research looks like he will get YEARS of fuel - all delivered by the post office.

    AND, $55,000 in postage alone, let alone the card and envelope!
