Kinda like when someone down south says "It's cold out" "i'm freezing" "I need to bundle up" .........and you know that that you would be at the beach sunbathing if it ever got that warm here!

Okay I caught my brother actually working on rust bucket! Lol! He started changing out all bushings "rubber" on drivers side! He had to buy a cheap coil spring compressor and longer bolts to screw new rubber bushings together on axle.

He does work on this between jobs on other vehicles! Will post more pictures as I catch him working on Bronco.

I don't know, but I always thought that real 4WD's have locking front hubs that you had to get out, walk through sticky mud and lock yourself.

Front end work is always fun. You get to swing big ugly hammers around and get winded. Air chisels, etc. is considered cheating.

More work done to Bronco! He did rubber bushings on right side today!

He put a order in from that Bronco yard out of Michigan, but it's all on back-order!

Bronco is just a little rusty!

At least you can work on these with basic tools , you don't need a bucket of special tools or a computer to service it !

I like a bronco. I have built a lot of transmissions for them. in the 90s I built a c4 transmission in one for trade of a brand new Winchester model 70 in 270 Weatherby magnum caliber. of course I sold the gun,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

One thing's for sure. Your brother will never lose track of that 100 watt floor jack. Where does it plug in?

I had a '72 and thought it was the worst vehicle I ever owned at the time. Had Spicer axles. Traded into a nice K10 blazer, owned 5 of them. They still are cool for putting around the woods if you have the Dana's and ford 9 inch.

Wild horses out off California will have anything and everything that Jeff's bronco graveyard in Brighton doesn't have for your brother.
