    I think I posted to this thread a long time ago, but here is the latest bow I am shooting. A Hoyt Dorado with 45# BlackMax carbon limbs 60" length. It seems to work ok..

    Don't shoot any bow right now do to ruptured muscles in right arm but i started with recurve moved to compound then back to recurve and longbow,last deer i killed with a bow was a small buck and i used a bow i built ,i used a Bear Mini-Mag riser and converted it to the Dass take down system and installed 45lb BlackMax glass wood limbs which resulted in about a 62" recurve bow a really sweet shooter.

    These are probably my favorites...but I love them all. When they first came out I shot a mechanically assisted arrow launching device. Kept it a while and went back to old school.

    Almost forgot..... This bow has a peep sight to keep it "modern".
