Unfortunately I have had to retire from using my bows. My last was a Green Mountain Longbow. I have a neurological disease that affects my nervous system primarily on my left side and causes me to lose my strength on that side. It affects the myelin covering of my nerves and can be quite painful at times. There is no cure only treatment for the symptoms. Fortunately for me it is of the very slow progressing type. I used to love shooting my bow so enjoy it while you can as you never know what tomorrow will bring!
Jack Howard Gamemaster Jet among others. Can’t shoot my 96# Martin longbow anymore without aggravating my shoulder. I guess it is time to sell it.

Hunted with traditional equipment for 10 years. Got too busy with life for practice and had to go compound. Still have a couple Pearsons and some newer bow that I can't remember the name of that I shoot once in awhile. Still good enough to hunt at 15 yards. Used to shoot trad 3d and was good out to 50 yards , limited my hunting to 25. Hope to get back serious with it again.
