    I reload the Hornady 170 grain FP Interlock over a full charge of Varget. I think it is probably a compressed load. I tried Varget because I had so much of it on hand. Out of my 336RC waffletop the accuracy is unbelievable off the bench.

    My marlin 336 with 18.5" barrel shoot's this bullet well. I use reloader 15 powder. You will find a load that this rifle shoots good. Good luck
