I still smoke a small amount at the end of the day before going to sleep.
As well as the occasional mid day hit or two.
I was able to get just under a half an ounce or so.
So it will last me well into October and i got it in August.
As far as replacing my current meds it could if i stayed smoked out.
As it stands now it helps supplement them by not needing to take the max dose.

My Mother-in-Law was curious about marijuana use/abuse in the 60's. She'd seen the propaganda and wanted to know the scoop first hand, as all her five children and everyone they married seemed to be in favor of free use. So one day late in 1969, it might have been at Thanksgiving supper, we laid it out for her and my FIL, and it was all good after that. She gave me a pamphlet from some Federal agency outlining the horrors and bad effects of use. Listed prominently in the bad effects section was "an increased sense of sociability". So the Feds didn't like it when a person was too sociable. What a terrible side effect, sociability. I hope it doesn't spread. We can't have that.

it might just be time the laws change nationally
When I was hospitalized this past summer I was in a state where cannabis has been legalized and the nurse assigned to me suggested I might try cannabis. But here in TN it is illegal and I don't do illegal things

I have discussed this very thing with my doctor. He is 70 and semi retired you could call him old school. He told me that he believes that weed can and does work for some aliments pain being one. also people suffering from depression, it allows them to lead a more sociable life and function better in society. The only problem he sees is that weed is not patent-able so drug company's will not invest any time in studying it. I know people that use it, yes trap shooters to, some very good shooters. This is America we are supposed to be a free people, I say if a person thinks it helps them who am I to say they shouldn't use it. I believe alcohol is way worse for a person than weed. Have never heard of anyone coming home after using and beating there wife or children or killing people on the roadway.
