I was bummed out, I didn't even make st.marys top ten list.
I told the doctor to sign me up for my next colonoscopy

No ouch guys, it's painless, and the best way to detect colon cancer early. Worst part of the whole thing is drinking that awful stuff that's a cross between dirty dishwater and pond scum prepping the night before. ..yuck.

My mother died from colon cancer and it's not a pretty sight. If your prone to have polyps, you never know when one of them will go rouge and turn cancerous.

I agree with BuckyBadger....I had it done 4 years ago...totally painless...the prep part is the worst of it...but if you can handle that...its no big deal.

Get it done....there is no shame in preventive measures.

    no primers:
Glad you're OK. You needed to have it done. No biggie. Only one complication here. The Doctor that did mine graduated High School with my daughter, and they were party buds. When she came in Recovery to show me the pictures, we figured out who everybody was, and then there was a bunch of laughing, hootin' and hollerin'.

Getting old ain't for kids, it's better left to the more experienced.

Oh man, and since polyps were removed, you have to do it again in 3 years instead of waiting for 5! My most recent "television studio up the fanny" was just earlier this year, and since nothing was removed, I don't have to undergo the indignity again until 2023. When friends asked about the results of this most-recent the procedure, I told them, "Everything came out alright in the end."

Hey No Primers - BTW, since you've had polyps removed (and I have also in the past) do you know what you, I, and a typewriter keyboard have in common? We all have a semi-colon. Hmmm . . .

But then again, if no primers did indeed have 9 pallets removed........ that had to hurt...
