    My model 60

    What's up folks?
I thought I would introduce myself with a photo of my model 60.

    I've ran everything through it.
From the cheap bulk stuff to match ammo. CCI Stingers are deadly and Velociters are ferocious!
    It's a blast! 👍

Welcome, nice one, keep an eye on the buffer if you shoot the hyper velocity on a regular basis.

That's what I've heard. I've shot it to see how they group but I typically shoot the cheap stuff!
Thanks for the heads up though! What are the symptoms of a worn buffer, cycling issues?

    Welcome from Idaho!
My M-60s seem to like CCI-S V the best.

Chunks of hard plastic in the action... Just look for cracks in the buffer when you take the action out to clean it. That way you can change it before it disintegrates...

I put a HD recoil spring in my Papoose for the hyper rounds and it loves Velocitors. Can't say how it cycles with other HV rounds but it doesn't cycle well with SV.

Shot a lot of stingers in my 989M2 back in the day and it took awhile to hurt the buffer.
You do not lead by hitting people over the head - that's assault, not leadership D.D.E.

Nice 60 and welcome! I've tried hyper velocity in numerous guns but always seem to be more accurate with standard velocity, just may be me. CCI mini mags are my favorite for hunting though.
