    Your a lucky man. many , many great times. I know it was hard for both of you when he passed. we all go home. you WILL see him again.

    Yep Dad always amazed me, as far as I know after the war, ww2 & Korea he never fired a centerfire rifle or pistol. I went home in 84 for xmas he shot my 586 smith & hit 6 for 6 cans at about 40 ft , then my ruger 22-250 at 75 yds offhand never missed a shot. I thought for a little will we were going to scrap over him giving back my guns.

    It's always tough--especially this time of year. We lost Dad back in 2009, and i still miss him greatly.

    Your Dad was a won derful man, and you did an amazing tribute for him. Thanks for sharing.
