Old H&R when I was young

When I was a boy in KY I would hunt all the time with a H&R 20gauge That old shotgun has a lot of miles on it and has killed a truck load of squirrels. Most of my favorite hunting memories as a kid involves that shotgun. I love that old shotgun. Now I have several others but still grin every time I see that old single shot. I used to duct tape it to my handle bars on my bicycle and ride all over the place to hunt. Could you imagine what would happen now if a kid rode his bicycle down the road with a twenty gauge taped to the handle bars? Hahaha

I don't think there was such a thing as duct tape when I was a boy!

I had a H&R Topper Junior 20 ga. that kicked like a mule. It bucked so hard , the fore grip would come off in my hand. Who ever thought it would be great for a kid was insane.
