And it goes like a cut cat!

It's a great bike with sharp handling and plenty of giddyup when you want it. I love riding it.....

.. and even better is going riding with my son. That's his 600 Ninja, the old carby model, at left below......

    cheers, curan.
Very few people actually appreciate just how well built MV Agusta's are. Hand made built from the frame up. The epitome of quality. Beautiful motorcycle!

    Hi Travis.
Yes, the bike I saw 38 years ago was a 1975 750S, and I was blown away by the attention to detail and the workmanship. And it turns out the newer ones still have that sort of build quality, but now with all the bells and whistles - traction control, ABS and fuel injection and the like.
I'm rolling it out of the shed this afternoon. The sun is shining and the wind is gentle at the moment, so I'll enjoy the ride!
I will just need to keep an eye out for roos. We have been getting a few hanging around the roads lately (it has been a long dry spell, so when there is a little rain, they can tend to hang around the run off water along the roads).
    Cheers, curan.

I'd recenty put a new 120" engine on my Ultra, and had this perfectly good 103" sitting in the garage. I tried to sell it locally, but got no bites on it. Then one day I ran across this frame, and over the next several months scrounged all the rest of it. It's all together now, but has a problem with fuel system that I haven't got worked out yet. Hope to remedy that in the next couple of days. I really enjoyed building it, and am looking forward to riding it.
As a former Ultra rider, I understand how you feel about having your FXDL. My back keeps me off of bikes any more but that doesn't stop me from wanting to ride again. Oddly, when I get that feeling, it's not a craving for a another Ultra but for something like you're working on - something to cruise around town on. With the 103" motor in it, your Dyna should be a fun ride. Good luck sorting out the fuel system.

Thanks Bluzman. I got it up and running. The problem turned out to be the wiring harness. Replaced that and all is well now. Took it out for it's first ride today, and I can't believe how much lighter it feels compared to the ultra. It was a little too cold for much of a ride today, but did get it out on the highway for a few miles before the cold got to me. Very happy with it.

    2012 H-D FLHX StreetGlide

This is my 2012 FLHX StreetGlide. I've owned a few bikes throughout the years. I started out on a Sears mini-bike that I got for Christmas when I was about 12 years old.
