    .30 cal repro.

    I have a chance to pick up a Plainfield ser. No. 36,×××.. it is in very good condition..250.oo..also has 10 mags and 100 rnds fmj..what say ye??

    Good price. Bad gun in my opinion. Some early ones were made with GI parts - They would deserve a look in my book. Tread carefully. A test drive at the range would be the only way I'd buy.

    Put 20rnds through it at 25 yds ..ran very well..one ragged hole..bought it..my first .30 cal. Think I'm gonna be hooked on shootin this gun

    get a wrench for the piston. keep it clean and do not lube it. it will bake on the surface and the gun will jam. if you want. get some extra parts. a firing pin. extractor. action springs. and a piston. sounds like a lot but it not. you will be set for a long time.
