    New 1895 SBL crack on reciever

    Ho Lee ----. Man that is bad. You must have been pretty excited to overlook that but then again you really should not have to look over a new product like that but with a remlin you do.

    $1000 1895? Most new ones around here are a lot cheaper than that it is the older ones that bring the money.

    Appears that something was jammed between the lever and receiver and the lever was forced.

    Yeah looks like it got pushed out from the inside. Dont think that could happen from shipping. I own 3 rifles and 3 handguns, never did a extensive check when picking them up, they gave me no issues. When i got this rifle I looked at it from the side to check the bolt when racking the lever and the site. Didnt really see it until i got home and was flipping the rifle around close up. Im going to contact the online store to see if they will exchange it first.
