    Wondering about a Case

For most of the last two decades I have carried a SAK and some sort of Spyderco. The SAK has a saw, two screw drivers, scissors and a few other things in a relatively small package. It lives in my right front pocket. The Spyderco is either a Tasman Salt hawkbill or a Delica. This set up takes care of 99.9999% of my daily cutting needs.

I am now finding myself drawn to a Case Folding Stockman. I think this is based aesthetic reasons. No clip, no saw, no scissors.... You get the idea? Has anyone else had this issue?

I own and carry a lot of Case knives.
The stockman pattern is a 3 blade knife that comes in a large or small
size...are you sure you don't mean a "folding hunter"?

The two big knives in the middle are foldig hunters,
The bottom one is a 1960=70 stag Case folding hunter.
I've carried one for a long time.

I personally must have a clip to hold my knife to my pants pocket. A folding knife in my pocket drives me crazy!

Only knife I carry in my pocket is a small Schatt-Morgan whittler.
Case makes a knife with a clip called a mid-folding hunter.
I just bought my dad one of the new ones with the spring assist open
    feature and he loves it.
I prefer those leather holsters like in the pic. They're real popular down here.

Also, for those of you who carry such a knife, if you have a sheath, I would love to see a picture of it.

I always have my Case CV small pen knife. It is my string and food cutter. It rides beside my little flashlight in left front pocket and my Spyderco rides on its clip in my right rear...Spydero comes out for most jobs but fine cutting or food, its the little Case.

That one is called the Hunter/trapper.
I bought my son one of those.
I seem to recall it came with a leather holster,
    but I may be wrong...
The folding hunter does for sure, but it is the old-school
type with a flap on top that has a snap button.
    I don't like them.
The holsters I have are what is known as a "spanish loop"
style and I make them myself.

    Navajo,

Do you have a picture of your holster? My wife is from Ft. Worth. We always go to the stock show down there. I really like S.C. but Texas is a fine place.
