This fixed my feed issues with my 1992 JM stamped .357 perfectly. I think I'm the rifleman now... What a difference. I found the max oal of my SWC loads for feeding to be 1.556 in .357 and she runs smooth as silk. FJRN and FJFP can go a bit longer. I ran 50 CJN Casting SWC .357's with 10.4 grs. Blue Dot without a hickup and no leading at the range yesterday and fell a little deeper in love with this little rifle. A close friend sold it to me for $380.00 since it wouldn't feed for him, just what he had in it. A safe queen that is 98%. Thanks again for the easy fix. With the correct OAL she eats everything I have fed her.

I've been studyin this thread and want to thank all of you for the information here. My 1894S in 41 mag is having feed problems, have to "double clutch" to get it to feed.....part of the time. Gonna try the extractor spring fix first, then go from there if that don't fix it.
Thanks all, and Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow!

Doing this with the spring solved my problem- almost. Now only the odd round sticks. I think I will try reshaping the top of the extractor and see if this will solve the problem altogether. This site really is a mine of information.
