10kg sugar, 125gm bakers yeast, 1 x vitamin C tablet, 1 x 0.5litre jar of tomato paste, 1/4 tsp 0f bicarb soda, 32 litres water @ 40c.
stir well with drill and paint mixer or paddle.
let sit for a couple of weeks.
run though water purifier, collect output between 82c and 90c.
add water to achieve 40% alc/vol. typically 4.5 litres.
can be used straight away or aged in oak to enhance qualities.
possibly i've over estimated the abilities or interest of the general population
Good recipe that. An old Czech mate taught me how to make vodka that way.
