    Got my colt huntsman home

well i did it, i took my s&w 5904 pistol to a pawnshop, sold it for $300.00
Then i went to another pawnshop where my colt huntsman 22lr pistol was at,
and payed for it, took the pistol home with me.

It is in great shape, no magazine yet, waiting for mags to come in the mail.
The mags should be here in about a week. hurry/hurry/hurry..
I took the colt apart to clean-it. dirty barrel inside, clean the feed ramp and lube it.
Have to wait to see if the mags coming in the mail will work, or not..
I had order one beretta neo u22 22lr mag, will see if it will work.
I know that the base pad on mag will have to be sanded down alittle. built in 1963/1964
    Well this is the pic's...

Sweet! You will love the trigger on it, I’m sure.
Recommend you keep one of those plastic angled picks with it to clear out the extractor recess every 100 or so rounds.

They used to be very popular back in their day. Them and the Woodsman were used a lot.

How is the Huntsman different from the Woodsman?

Cool old pistol! Any idea when yours was made?

Nice looking Huntsman. And you got a good price for that 5904 out of a pawn shop.

Hope you enjoy the Huntsman more than you miss the 5904...

Same gun but the Huntsman was considered the economy model, or less frills.

I have a pal that I hunt with who has one. A few years back I had an Iver Johnson Plainsman. The magazines were completely interchangeable. Just FYI
