    I only got one 29 NIB and its 4". It's not fer shooting, it's fer looking. My first 29 was a 4" back in 60s. I remember it well, especially the muzzle blast. The 6"-6.5" barrels are the perfect 44mg. Not to long and not to short, just right. If not for collector value of NIB 29, I would screw a 6" barrel on the 4"ER.

    I like my two S&W 28HP,s, a four inch S and a six inch N. I don,t shoot them to much. instead I shoot a 686 six".
