Morning 35° here and that storm that was in Texas yesterday is easing in on us.
Looks like rain most of the day.
Ole 10, he may be getting some of that other kind of precipitation.

Yeah, I wanted to tell him that I did a trigger job (on my Marlin this time), like we were taught by the master himself .... also fitted a RPP loading gate. Gave the gun a thorough inspection and cleaning. The bits inside are in surprisingly good condition! It will stand up to another twenty years (plus) of hard hunting.

I realised with a shock yesterday that I have been hunting with this Marlin for 20 years already! True love ....

Morning y'all ... see it has been quiet around here.

Howdy RP - see you here, see you there ..... see you everywhere!

    Morning (howdy) bud!

We do see 300's for sale from time to time, but ammo (brass) is just not available. I nearly bought a .308 last year (for my son and that would be the one to get), but I pulled out of the deal as I heard rumours about the seller ... I just had to, unfortunately!

He is on his way to jail ...

Morning all. We got a little mixture overnight, but it’s 34 degrees right now and raining. Roads are good but a little ice here and there. Supposed to turn nasty again this evening into tomorrow. Have a safe day.

Yep, raining and not a lot to do. Probably going to load some 357 ammo here in a bit.
