    9.3mm X 62 is a cartridge that began slaying big game well before WWI. I read that this cartridge was introduced in 1905. Power wise it exceeds the 35 Whelen by a small margin yet recoil is certainly tolerable. Typical factory ammo features a 286 grain soft tip bullet that is famous for deep penetration. You can not go wrong with this great cartridge!
