My last order of ammo was just cancelled. They ran out before getting to me. Of course they billed me on Monday so now I'm waiting for a refund.

The weather on the northern plains is about as crazy as everything else these days. Cold this morning 15 outside but the wind and new snow and ice it's easily -2 wind chill. Had early morning rain and sleet and now getting covered with snow. Is spring right around the corner? Only happiness outside this morning were my resident squirrel tenants chasing the woodpeckers off the bird feeders. I hope those furry guys get nice and fat.....now that their multi-purpose usefulness has been determined!

Sounds like ND and SD are going to swap testing supplies for the virus. ND Governor said yesterday that they are working out some details to help each other out. In my city, we had 2 new cases yesterday - one of them an elementary student - community contact spread. From where

I was shocked yesterday when I went to buy some 1# LP cylinders just to stock up for summer use. A whole 2 bucks higher than last fall!! Suspect that this is going to be a long term trend. Haven't gone back to my local LGS but don't know that it's worth the trip to leave the house. Now I'm becoming cynical ...... must be old age!

On the BRIGHT SIDE,...........It's nice to see the media has NOT picked up on the AMMO situation, as yet............Any media coverage of that would only make things worse.

I have seen comments from the media on the panic gun and ammo buying. They can't pass something like that up.

Rob I tend to agree with you on the media. People do get a regular flu or cold. I guess some get excited if they see you cough or sneeze now. In the North like we are in this tended to be a sick time also. I have been a lot healthier than when my kids were at school and living at home. I have decided to distance myself a little more and not go to town so much. I realize I tended to do that for something to do in the winter and will curb it.

    Think about this.

The only time panic is productive is in service of an agenda.

Hello, and good afternoon, tribe of the Marlin. Last night, 36*, today high
of 45*. Tomorrow, whoohoo! 70! Or there 'bouts.
I may stay home from work.
    Oh.
    Wait.
    I am home from work.
    But,
not really, because I'm working from home. So how does that work?
To work, or not to work. That is the question.
I think I will go out in the sunshine tomorrow. I feel my vitamin D
    levels are down.
Have a super evening. Y'all keep safe.

My road is a mud bog already, it'll just get better. Daughter called from Austin, Texas, she's got a cough and fever, so was out looking for a COVID-19 test, either private or Public Health. Will check her as soon as I'm done typing this. She's 46 and very healthy, a jogger and skier. I wonder if hub and kids need tested, isn't that the way it works?

You all have a safe day, enjoy your isolation.
Praying for your daughter and her family as well as you as parents. Take care!

Was up for three! Sic em Fred! Can't sleep!

74° and a slight breeze on back porch! Looking out over the back forty I see lights of New Iberia and no movement! Where is all the "Aliens"! Entertain me at least! It's coffee time! I'm buying!
