    ELK LEGS>>>>>>>>>>

Going thru my freezer, this morning, just was reminded...
buddy last year wanted me to save a couple of Elk legs (Frnt)
so he could make a gun rack out of them.......(?). that
was last year. they have been frozen solid the past year.
I am about to take em out to the woods to feed the critters.
does anybody want them? I can't believe They were still in the
freezer ! He never got back with me last Dec when I reminded him.

    Heck! Don't throw them away!

Mount foot pegs and straps on the sides so you can wear them as stilts. There must be lots of places locally where you could stomp around making elk tracks that would get people's adrenalin flowing.

I don't know how far you live from Jayco, but if you could circle his house a few times some night he would likely be made to feel a lot better. He didn't get an elk this year, you know. His car broke down. He would likely get really cheered up to think that they would actually travel right over to his place.

Don't do it twice though. Most likely after he spots the tracks the first time he'll be sitting in his rocking chair by the window, and he'll have his rifle loaded and ready.

I hear that Coyote Hunter has been sitting at home a lot. Maybe you could get somebody who lives near him to cheer him up that way too.

    Don't waste those elk legs.

    MrT.

Well, last night was about -30F, but we don't think of that as cold weather. That just means it's too cold for short sleeves.

No, I was inspired by the recent passing of a fellow upon whom some friends of mine played a trick. The deceased was terribly near sighted. He liked his booze and also was too lazy to do any walking while he hunted. My friends had shot a deer and they stuck the head and hide on a frame and partially hid it behind some willows just off a country road frequented by the late "hunter". The deceased and his drinking buddy riddled the hide, of course.

Let's be clear, now, I'm not suggesting that Jayco and Coyote Hunter are booze swilling road hunters.

It's a simple matter that I just don't like to see waste. It seems to me that those elk legs might have a little useful life left in them yet.

He He, would be great if it was 2 months earlier.... I could take
some vegees from Jayco's garden, and leave Elk tracks all
around the area. Could only do it once though, I think even
if he realized it was some idiot with Elk legs, I would most
likely become part of his compost pile.........

Hello Riflemen: I'm thing jayco would see those tracks circling his house and start tracking them. It would take him days to realize he was going in circles
