    Rib Experiment.....

Rib experiment this evening, it has been 20ish years since I haven't done ribs on the smoker...... The chickens so far have been badass good and absolutely too easy on this thingy, have high hopes for when feeling lazy.

!9 minutes under pressure, 10 min under air fry and the last 5 with BBQ sauce coat.

Are you trying to cook a Rib in one of those new fangled, Made in China, kind of cook the whole kitchen sink kind of devices?

John Wayne is rolling over in his grave on this one.

There should be a law against this, I'm a taxpayer, I should have representation.

When you're feeling lazy, I defy you to argue the results......... I've run a Pitt Boss and The Green Egg for two decades plus ;-)

If you really want to make the traditionalists go crazy, sous vide. I at least put my ribs on the Traeger for an hour after 18 hours in the water bath.

I've done the same thing when I don't have time to smoke them. I put them for 15 minutes in instapot and then season and finish them off on the grill. It comes out well enough when you don't have the time to take the time and traditionally smoke them.
