Cut a brisket to fit the pot, dump in 2 cups of beef broth and a tablespoon of liquid smoke, pressure cook and 70 minutes later you have excellent table fare.

2 servings of spaghetti and 3 cups of chicken broth for 12 minutes, release the pressure and dump in your favorite pasta sauce.

2 cups of rice, 2 cups of chicken stock and a full bunch of cut up asparagus - hit the rice button.

Notice I use stock as the cooking liquids instead of water. Maximize your flavors... I lived out of my instant pot living in an RV for a year while on a job a few years ago and found it indispensable.

We use the instant pot often (once a week - every other week.) We're very happy with the meals that we cook in it. It cuts down on the cooking time & the meat comes out tender (follow directions).
We don't slow cook, because there's too many outdoor chores to be done and we prefer not to leave something on the stove unattended (just our preference.)

We've had one for a while. It will change your life if you make a lot of meals.

Pressure cooking really breaks down some of the tougher tissue. Makes ground meat extremely tender. Also hard boiled and soft boiled eggs are a snap in an Instant Pot. We can do fresh eggs from are chickens and the shell easy. Which can't be said when just boiling them. Also if in a pinch for dry beans and forgot to soak them, it cooks them up quickly
