A bee keeper if you know one - otherwise a store that sells canning goods. Wax seal vs the ring and lid is old school. I bought a bunch when I found it - kind of like futures. It never goes bad and it's getting harder to find.

PM me an address and you won't have to "buy". My Son In Law is a apiarist.

    And the floodgates open...

Seriously, I could use some also and would be willing to help him out with money. Thanks, Bob

Blacksmiths also use beeswax to protect forks, etc. that will be used in food. Goggle blacksmith supplies, such as Kayne and Sons or Blacksmithsupply.com

Then there's places that supply beeks (beekeepers).
I used Brushy Mountain instead of robbing my bees.
Interesting fact that puts it in perspective - or why I should be in awe of bees.
They have to visit on the order of 4.5 million flowers to make 1 lb of honey.
It takes 17 lbs of honey to make a lb of wax.
    Bees really are hard working!

If/when you get wax directly from the keeper please clean it before using, honey is no good as a bullet lube!
Take a (big) pot with water to wax in 3:1 and boil it gently while stirring. That will dissolve the honey and render the wax pure. Remove pot and let it cool, the wax will solidify on top and will be good to go for lube.

Beat me to it and while you're at it get some lanolin.
