    Mine didn't either the first try. I think I allowed the powder to stay on clumped. May try tapping them just a bit before heating.

    What version of the tumbling method are you using? BBs or not?

    What type of container?

    What powder?

    And powder coat spray guns apply an electrical charge to the powder as it is being sprayed.

    I'm using a #5 container but couldn't find black bb's so I am using green ones. Not sure they are making static elec like I need.

    I rub the container on a wool blanket while shaking. seems to work.

    No BB's
