Does anyone want to take over the match?

Well Guys I need to turn the match over to someone who can do it justice. I really do not have the time to do it any more. Tommy will soon be a Life Scout and will need to start on his Eagle Project, and I need to be able to help him out. At this point of my life I need to spend time with my kids.

Think it over, if you are willing to give it a try let me know

You guys need to thank Bull Snake. He said he will run the match. It is his match, his rules on how he wants it go. Please shoot some targets for him to score once the match starts. you guys have all been great. I have always felt that the most important job in the world is being a parent. My kids are in that busy stage of life, and my parent job got in the way of my match job. God gave my 2 wonderful kids and I don't want it wasted on me, so I'm trying to spend as much time with them as I possible can, and I don't feel like I did the match justice the past couple years. Bull Snake will give new life to the match!

Thanks Bull Snake. Warhawk and I were fixing to say we would take it over but since you did it first, if there's any way we can assist you feel free to give us a shout. Fom

Way to step up man. I knew I was way to unorganized to do this thing justice, I can barely requisition clean underwear when I get dressed for the day!

I will try and get you some better targets than I sent Big Med.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. This is going to be a tad more intricate than ramrodding Old Pharts...now if I understand the process, its' like Boone and Crockett only in reverse. Closest to a button buck wins. I can handle that as none of my deer ever vied for alpha status. I will post an address to mail to shortly. As of now no new rules planned but now that I have to actually focus on the rules I may find a tweak or two. If anyone has any suggestions as to a new wrinkle to liven up the game let me know. Wind, you're probably thinking on a five hundred yard or longer course, with that might have to limit you to over the shoulder backwards with a mirror.

Hey there B Snake -- Thank you for the kind words. My problem is that I always get half a dozen "independent thinkers" in every box of bullets. They just don't/won't go where any other bullet has already gone before!! It's impossible to tell them apart just by looking at them. Once I figure out a way to identify them, I might be able to compete in the match. Here's what I mean...

Just a tip: You might invest in a shredder/compactor before Shenandoah starts sending in targets!! Best regards. Wind

Hey, hey, hey there Wind. It's only the law of averages. If'n I shoot enough sooner or later 5 bullets will go into approximately the same area. It's just some times it takes a lot more tries. Remember you and Wet Dog gave me 500+ more chances. Shenandoah

Thanks Bull Snake! I'm glad there is going to be a match this year. I was amazed that only two people bothered last year, but I suspect that there will be more participants this time around....
