I know a lot of you guys have seen this already in the 336 forum but for those that haven't here it is. This is a 1955 336 in .35 Rem that had seen better days. It eas rusty, bluing was worn off and stock was all cracked up and missing pieces. I had it cerakoted in tungsten grey with graphite black accents and finished it off with a Boyd's grey laminate stock. The rear took some fitting to get it to slide on and the wood is a little proud at the bottom but the fore end fit like a glove.
Overall I am very pleased with the stick and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Hmmm.... gotta say I'm torn, OP. I love what you did to the rusty steel, but I like the old stock better. I'm just... conflicted. That Boyd's stock is really nice.
