I like the firearm and Whataburgers. I hope it is a registered SBR. ATF may have heartburn with taking the velcro strap off of the SBA3 pistol brace (at least that is how I understood their ruling).

If you don't defend against unlicensed use of your intellectual property you are in a weaker legal position when others pirate your brand. Not surprising the lawyers reacted this way.

I get Whataburgers position on using their trademark, name and logo. If you owned a business, you would not want a company using your name and/or trademark on their items without explicit consent prior to that happening.

Imagine Daniels Defense suddenly having their name or trademark used on something akin to a pornography site or pro-abortion group...they would not be pleased either I think.

The Whataburger I go to has never asked me to leave if I happen to have my pistol outside my shirt. I think each place is pretty much calling it the way they see it as far as enforcing the 30.07 statute.

I do agree that they should think of all the free positive publicity they received. I am sure that the anti-gun groups raised a louder stink about it than the pro gun guys and gals did.

Sounds like the corporate winies are a little blue and weak in the knees.

    Too bad.
