I know that you and your wife, Diana, always loved my sweet Annabelle here. I also know that Annabelle always said that she hoped to meet the members here one day in heaven.
My friend, I truly feel that you and Annabelle have both fought the good fight and are now without any pain but have just so much love for others. I also know that my wife, Debbie (ANNABELLE and BRAVEHEART) and also your brother, Larry Stout, who owned this website originally are both meeting you with open arms into heaven.
Just know that I hope to be following those same plans in the future so that we can all meet together again as well.
Rest in peace, my friend, until we all meet again !!!!!
SOME OF YOU PROBABLY DON'T KNOW BUT GURNIE STOUT WAS THE BROTHER OF THE ORIGINAL FOUNDER AND OWNER OF THIS WEBSITE, MR. LARRY STOUT AND YOU WILL NEVER FIND SUCH WONDERFUL PEOPLE. I AM TRULY INDEBTED TO ALL OF THEM FOR ULTIMATELY GIVING SEVERAL MORE YEARS OF LIFE TO MY LATE WIFE AS SHE KEPT HERSELF ACTIVE WHILE FIGHTING A COURAGEOUS BATTLE WITH HEART AND DIABETIC RELATED ILLNESSES FOR 6 1/2 YEARS IN MAINTAINING THIS FORUM. MY LATE WIFE MADE SO MANY NEW FRIENDS BECAUSE OF THIS WEBSITE AND I AM PERSONALLY STILL GOOD FRIENDS WITH LOTS OF THOSE MEMBERS HERE STILL TODAY. THE MEMBERS HERE GAVE MY WIFE A REASON TO CONTINUE FIGHTING AND LIVING EACH DAY TO THE FULLEST. SHE DEPARTED THIS LIFE BACK ON 12/9/2006 BUT SHE IS STILL RIGHT HERE IN SPIRIT EVERY DAY BECAUSE OF LARRY AND GURNIE STOUT. I WILL BE FOREVER THANKFUL TO THEM.

We are ALL indebted to Mr Stout (and your wife/all the others who run this great site) for the foresight to start up/run MarlinOwners! Sorry to hear of the passing of any and all who have contributed to getting such a massive amount of information/people together that have something in common (our love of our Marlin rifles...and guns in general) and can be civil/grown up (in most cases) when we have differing opinions! Didn't know the Stouts or your Annabelle, but they sound like wonderful people and I look forward to seein' them up at the big MO range in the sky...someday!
Well Mike ya got me tearing up. Lots of memories. I'm sure heaven has them, figure it won't be long for many of us geezers to join the party. Me included.
