Question Nice, cushiony buttpad replacement for my 1895 before I test the new parts?

I'm sure something is more comfortable than the pink original pad.
    What's the best direct replacement?

I've tried most brands but like Kick-EZZ Magnum grind to fit, they don't ball up when grinding them. They work and hold up very well.

A pad-grinding tip -- if the pad material is "balling up" during the grind you are using a belt or disk with a grit that is too fine. It's counterintuitive, but a coarse grit (no finer than 80 grit) gives a smoother finish on soft butt pads.

I have Limbsaver on all of mine except one has a kick-eez. Saves my shoulder a lot.

Kick-EZZ trap shotgun is the one I have. It's cut at a 45 degree angle for ease of sholdering.

Good to know, I haven't tried that one.

I'm a cheap skate. I use a slip on and it comes off during hunting season.

I'm really a cheapskate... I wear a past recoil pad. One pad, many rifles...

My preferred model is the Kick-Ezz Modified Trap recoil pad (grind to fit).
