    It won't be long now.

I order me a 1895 Marlin Lever Action.444 rifle today.I will be picking it up in about 7 to 10 days at my LGS. I paid a good price for it $679.99 and with taxes $720.79.

    Outstanding!
Great choice you made with your purchase!
I bought mine for $679, except I didn't have to pay taxes, thankfully.
Mine is a well made rifle, and I hope to shoot it here soon.
There isn't any factory ammo around my parts, so I had to order brass, and bullets to load my own.
It's been over 20 years since the .444 has caught my attention, and I finally got a chance to take one of my bucket list rifles off the list.
I'm sure you'll like yours as well!
    Congratulations on the new rifle!

You will love it! One of the better cartridges Marlin and Remington came up with. The 444 in a lever action covers most bases we will in counter! Mine has been a lifelong friend and companion in the field, my wife grabs hers 99.9% of the time!

Their are only two kinds of people, those who own a 444 and those who wish they owned one, and yes folks, denial is bliss!

    Excellent!

Did the new Remlins get a change in model numbers? I thought the 1895's only came in that other cartridge.
