    Must be a different style of ramp than my early 2000's .44. That one has only one exposed screw, the other one is under the sight in the dovetail cut. No way that one is going to back out. Some Ace stores have boxes of gun screws in the onesies aisle, which may or may not fit. Take the existing screw, mike the diameter and look up the number size on a screw chart. Such things can be found online, you can at least find the number size. It won't be a standard thread pitch that you can get out of a bin at the hardware, though. 6-48 and 8-40 are common sizes for gun sights.

    My ACE hardware down the road carries a boatload of gun screws. You never know.

    Anytime I loose or break a screw I order two. They are mostly cheap, the postage is the same and I like having a spare in stock. After all, if it broke or got lost once, it can happen twice.
