My little boy, he's 29 and stands about 6'1" and weighs in at 290, couldn't get his .270 sighted in the other day (Scope problems) so I let him borrow my .308 MX.  He shot two does at about 100 yards just as fast as he could shoot and lever in a 2nd shot.  I think it won him over.  Now he's talking about a trade in.  That's 7 deer killed with that rifle between the two of us.  I'll be heading back to the woods on Thursday or Friday and stay until Thanksgiving.  Hope to add at least 2 more to the total.
