Richard Lee's manual has data for both cast and jacketed. You can also get a small manual for just the 45/70 and they too have lead bullet data from both the powder companies and bullet manufacturers.

You can also go on line and check any of the powder manufacturers, as they will likely list a load or two for cast bullets.  The 405 is about the most common cast bullet and it should be easy to find.  Also check out lyman and rcbs, as they may offer loads using their cast bullets.  You should be able to cross over info, as long as you are not on the max end. My load that clover leafed at 50 yrds. opened up too much at 100. I learned faster is not better or needed with cast. I backed off the powder some and my groups tightened up! So now it's the 405 gr Laser Cast over 34 gr of H-4198.
