I was planning on starting this up, BUT had a shipping delay in my .308MXLR.  It will be here next week and I will post the picture.  Crappy thing is I already have all my toys to decorate the tree (sling, scope mount, scope rings, sling swivels).

I've searched most of the posts in the section and haven't found a dedicated picture link.  EVERY forum has a picture thread!  We got to compare our lead slingers!

I hear that...maybe the fiancee needs a Marlin...she has to start with something ha!  It will be soon enough in the collection.  I'm only waiting to see how hard I fall with this first .308MX.

I used to hunt Indiana white tail many years ago shotun and bow.  Coming from IL (guns are bad mantra) I'm really loving the hobby now.  Figure I'll start slaying some piggies to get back into the woods and put some meet in the freezer.  We'll see once I get my rig in my hands.

As for the .444 I'd like to keep moving up the chain and already looking at the .338.  After that a .444 and .375 for Africa if I ever get to those dreams!
