:(Ah the wages of being a Marlin shooter. Friends bring their ailing Marlins for repair, not knowing I only "do" modern 94s for C.A.S. A good friend brought me a Marlin No.47 pump .22, missing the foreend (corncob) and anything involved with it's attachment. Where would I start trying to find the parts or someone to repair the gun. Thanks, Dirty Doc

I looked at Numrich they don't have much but they do have a few pics.

Here is a schematic of parts and the handle slide should be easy to make.

:)Thanks for the input Swaney. I had already tried Numrich. I can safely slick up any 94 Marlin type action (like 336s) but can't whittle a peg for a jug of peach moonshine, much less figure out how, or with what, to attach it to the actuating rod. I also "do" my own Colt SAA clones, but couldn't make a pair of grips if my life depended on it. I was hoping for a site like Numrich which would have listed; forearm, forearm estucheuns, forearm screws. How the heck did this guy's dad lose the forearm?? Thanks again for the input, Dirty Doc Smiley

Here is what you would have to duplicate. Got these pics off Gunbroker.
