Very nice I LOVE the stainless and walnut! That will likely be my next Marlin.

Say, what is that fixed blade knife at the top...looks like a stacked leather handle?

Mine is an early stainless ported model with a Leupold M8-3X scope.  Just bought it a couple of weeks ago.

Looking good...

I just finished mine today..  All the wood is sealed, every metal part has a coating of flitz polish..  The new scope is sighted in, and 50 bullets are loaded and waiting..   




Deer season starts in 14 days...  I am READY...

Why this polish ?
Doesn´t it shine to much in the woods ?

Personaly i would prefer "Phosphatefinish" for the stainless steel rifle..
