peep sight for 989M2

My favorite plinker is the 989M2, an M-1 carbine look-a-like, but the rear sight doesn't work with my old eyes anymore.  Does anyone make an aperture sight that will fit on the guiderails ?

I think brownell's has a mount that  goes on the rimfire rail and adapts to weaver style.they also have a peep sight that goes on the weaver base.It's a  N.E.C.G. peep sight #661-000-035 $80.00.A little pricey but if it helps it's worth it.
